CSC present for sale this simply superb Porsche 911 993 Carrera 4 Cabriolet finished in stunning Arena Red with complementing red hood and contrasting classic grey leather interior. The 993 Carrera 4 came fitted with Porsches ABD (Automatic Brake Differential) braking system (as used on the RS models) which improves the cars handling in corners whilst the viscous coupling based 4 wheel drive system automatically varies the amount of power going to the front wheels between 5 and 50% as required for the conditions.

This particular example is in outstanding condition throughout. Externally, the Arena Red paintwork is stunning and virtually blemish free. The electrically operated cabriolet hood is also in near perfect condition and benefits from a recently replaced rear screen with none of the often found hazing or scratching. The car retains it’s original 17 inch ‘Cup 2’ alloy wheels which are in immaculate condition and are shod in a matching set of N rated Pirelli rubber. The rear light units and central reflector (which are very often found in poor condition) are also in excellent condition.

Internally the classic grey carpets, finishes and trim are all in excellent condition with no major signs of wear. The car features Porsches excellent and highly sought after hardback sports seats with the rear shells finished Arena red to match the cars beautiful exterior. All electrics and controls appear to be working correctly.

The front compartment area is again is superb, clean and tidy condition with the space saver spare wheel, jack and brace present and correct.

HISTORY:
The car was first registered on 26th February 1996 at H.R. Owen Porsche, St Albans and was owned by the dealership most likely for showroom display purposes in preparation for the coming spring & summer. Following the vehicles sale, the car was regularly serviced and maintained by the supplying dealer until 2002. The 993 was purchased by the current owner and Porsche enthusiast in 2017 who has now regrettably decided to replace the classic 993 with a modern 991 GTS which he will be able to use all year round.
