Aston Martin introduced the V8 Vantage for the 2006 model year and powered by a 4.3 litre quad-cam 32 valve V8 producing 380bhp. A two seat, two door coupe with practical rear hatch with bonded aluminium structure for strength and weight reduction.

Engines were all hand built at Aston Martins factory in Cologne, Germany alongside the V12 engine for the DB9 and Vanquish. The engine was ‘front mid-mounted’ for optimal weight distribution while slotted Brembo brakes were standard equipment. Performance was healthy with a 0-62mph time of 4.8 seconds and a V max of 175mph.

This particular vantage was ordered from new in special ‘Out of range’ Porsche Speed Yellow and makes a very bold statement even standing still and makes a refreshing change from the usual more common colours. Opening the door exposes an interior optioned in contrasting Caspian Blue with yellow stitching which works really well with the exterior.

Externally the bodywork is in superb condition with virtually un-blemished paintwork and superb panel alignment. The allow wheels finished in stunning bright silver are also in immaculate condition and set the car off perfectly.

Inside, all trim, leather, carpets and switchgear are in superb condition with very little sign of use or wear. The Vantage comes with a great specification including climate control, satellite navigation, cruise control, electric adjusted seats, push-button start, tyre pressure monitoring, parking sensors and electric folding exterior mirrors.
